Services
MeThinks Inc. offers several kinds of engagements, each tailored to where you are and what's actually in the way. Most engagements blend more than one of these — strategy without operational alignment doesn't move; org design without leadership development doesn't stick.
-
For: leaders who need a private, experienced thinking partner — through a transition, a stretch role, a hard decision, or the ongoing work of leading well in a job that doesn't come with many peers.
What's involved: Regular 1:1 conversations shaped to your situation — weekly advisory through a transition, ad hoc decision support around specific high-stakes moments, or longer-arc coaching on how you lead and where you want to grow. Confidential, candid, and focused on what's actually in your way.
Typical outcome: Sharper thinking, clearer decisions, and the kind of unvarnished outside perspective that's hard to find at senior levels.
-
For: Leaders and organizations whose strategy and operations have drifted apart — or were never fully connected in the first place.
What's involved: Diagnostic of current operating model against strategic intent; end-to-end operations and supply chain assessment; process alignment (identifying where the work doesn't match the goals); operating cadence design — meetings, metrics, and decision points that keep strategy live.
Typical outcome: A strategy that's actually delivered through the operations, with a clear way to measure whether it's working.
-
For: Companies whose structure was built for an earlier stage, or leaders stepping into roles that require something they haven't done before.
What's involved: Organizational design (structure, roles, decision rights for the current and next stage); 1:1 executive advisory for individual leaders; leadership team alignment and development; succession and bench planning.
Typical outcome: A leadership team and structure built for where the company is going, not where it's been.
-
For: Organizations in the middle of a significant change — fast growth, a turnaround, a strategic pivot, a leadership transition, an integration.
What's involved: Change management strategy and execution support; stakeholder and communication architecture; process and organizational alignment through the transition; getting "everyone pulling in the same direction" — operationalized, not just talked about.
Typical outcome: A transition that holds — where the new way of working actually takes root instead of reverting after the consultants leave.
How engagements work
Most MeThinks Inc. engagements begin with a conversation. If we decide to work together, there is a short diagnostic phase to make sure we agree on the issue(s) and end-goals before committing to a longer arc. From there, engagements run anywhere from a few months to ongoing advisory relationships, depending on what's needed. Through my professional network, I am able to bring in experts and/or specialists to augment any engagement as needed. I take on a small number of engagements at a time so each one gets real attention.
